Description
Collections MAX Remote Collector is a web-based front end for Collections MAX that allows your collectors to login from their web browser. It was designed to be as easy (if not easier) to use than our Windows-based Collections MAX Professional product.
Our capacity-based pricing is much less expensive than per-user systems.
Important Notes
- This software REQUIRES database hosting. Database hosting is a separate charge and can be purchased by clicking here.
- Fully compatible with Collections MAX Version 5 software. You can use this software with our Windows-based software or by itself.
- Windows-based Collections MAX Administrator and our Windows-based Remote Collector app required. Both are free (Remote Collector app free with subscription).
- Users are counted in the Remote Collector Windows application — not Collections MAX Administrator — so this will not interfere with any user count you already have.
- This is not available as an on-premise solution. For on-premise solutions, please look at our Windows software.

SMS for debt collection is not a guaranteed service as regulations are very tight for this industry.
