Collections MAX Payment Portal is an online web portal where you can receive payments from your debtors.

PLEASE NOTE:  Only online servers are supported!  This portal REQUIRES your database to be hosted online in order to function.   We offer low cost database hosting that is compatible with our payment portal if you have an office / at home database.

This payment portal supports capture, Usa Epay, Authorize.Net, NMI, Usio Credit/ Pinless Debit for credit cards. And for checks we support capture and Decca Payments Echecks.

The Collections MAX Payment Portal is a web based payment portal that handles both credit card and check payments online.  Your debtors will easily be able to make payments, see their updated balances in real time…as well as schedule same day and post dated payments inside the portal.  Your debtors can log in simply by using different methods of their Collections MAX account.

We can put this portal on either a sub-domain of your own domain like payments.yourdomain.com or you can use our domain like yourbusinessname.collectionsmaxcloud.com.

A payment portal that is located on your own domain is WAY MORE PROFESSIONAL looking than other software systems where they have your portal url as https://app.theirsoftwarecompany.com.

This is a RESPONSIVE payment portal…which means that it works great across many different devices like cell phones, tablets, and desktop computers.

The portal has a few different modes of operation.

 

For Credit Cards:

  • Disabled – Credit cards not Active.  There will be no option displayed to take a credit card payment.
  • Capture – Payment will be captured and stored into the database for later processing.  This mode is compatible with virtually any payment gateway.
  • Usa Epay – Payment will be processed directly using the Usa Epay gateway.
  • Authorize.NET – Payment will be processed directly using the Authorize.NET gateway.
  • NMI- Payment will be processed directly using the NMI gateway.
  • USIO Credit Card / Pinless Debit – Payment will be processed directly using the Usio gateway.

 

For Checks:

  • Disabled – Checks not Active.  There will be no option displayed to take a check payment.
  • Capture – Payment will be captured and stored into the database for later processing.  This mode is compatible with virtually any payment gateway.
  • Decca Payments Echecks – Payments are processed using the Decca Payments Echeck system.

  • Toggle switches to allow / disable the following: Allow Debtors to Edit PENDING Payments,  Allow Debtors to Cancel PENDING Payments, Allow Scheduled (Future-Dated) Payments, Log Debtor Activity to Account.
  • Set minimum payments for both credit cards and checks.
  • Toggle switches to allow / disable the following for debtor information inside the portal:  Show File Number, Show Account Number, Show Original Creditor, Show Last 4 of SSN.
  • More options for login methods to choose from other than the standard File Number + Account Number.  You can also choose File Number + Last 4 of SSN, or Account Number + Last4 of SSN.
  • Secure Link ability.  Now in the lastest versions of Collections MAX Professional or Remote Collector you can generate a one time link for the debtor that can be send via email or text message and that link will auto log them into the payment portal for their account.
  • Secure Link Timeout control – Set the link to expire or use no expiration.
  • Secure Link API Key generation for integrating Collections MAX Professional.
  • Brute Force Protection – Enable rate limiting, max attempts per minute and lockout duration.
  • Use custom SMTP (email) settings for your own domain or use the default email system.
  • Change Admin portal passwords and reset portal settings.

 

This system also comes with software that you can install on any Windows 7 and above desktop computer to configure your settings in real time.

You can easily customize the payment portal with your company name, email address, phone number and select your payment modes.

After a mode is selected you can enter your API keys (like the Vterm source key and pin for Usa Epay.)

This portal will also notate the account and update the phone numbers and email addresses.  Option to change the status of the account when a payment is made.

Portal will send receipts to the debtor and notification of the payment to the agency via email.

Supports all major browsers EXCEPT Internet Explorer (Internet Explorer was depreciated by Microsoft).

The setup process for this portal is EXTREMELY SIMPLE!   After purchase you will receive a questionnaire about your online database and what type of domain this is going on (yoursubdomain.yourdomain.com or yourbusiness.collectionsmaxcloud.com).   We host the portal on our cloud servers and handle the installation and the SSL certificate.  You can simply link your website to your portal URL (example: a Make A Payment button) for your debtors to make payments or give them the portal URL via letter or email!Â
