{"id":1191,"date":"2018-04-10T20:04:59","date_gmt":"2018-04-11T00:04:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.collectionsmax.com\/?post_type=product&#038;p=1191"},"modified":"2025-08-11T10:57:12","modified_gmt":"2025-08-11T14:57:12","slug":"screen-pop-web-service","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/www.collectionsmax.com\/index.php\/product\/screen-pop-web-service","title":{"rendered":"Screen Pop Web Service"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Starting in version 4.0 of Collections MAX Professional our hosted screen pop service allows you to connect just about any predictive dialer (that can post a GET request) to the software and when a call is connected it will screen pop the connected account.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">There are two modes within Collections MAX Professional for the screen pop service.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In <strong>Regular mode<\/strong> the collector simply clicks the icon inside of the software to pop the account that had the last call connected via the dialer.\u00a0 This mode works best with dialers that already have a popup screen that shows account information built in (like the <a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/tmaxdialer.com\/\">TMAX dialer<\/a>) and makes it super easy for a collector to instantly pop the account on screen only when needed and without needing to click the icon first prior to dialing like in Auto mode.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In <strong>Auto mode<\/strong> the collector clicks the icon first and then starts the dialer.\u00a0 When the dialer connects a call the screen will pop the account.\u00a0 This mode works best when the dialer does not have a built in popup screen that shows account information.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The screenpop service is FREE to all users with 3 or more active licenses in their collectionsmaxlicenses.com account.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">To request a free key log into collectionsmaxlicenses.com and click Screen Pop Keys.
