{"id":8743,"date":"2019-09-23T14:15:28","date_gmt":"2019-09-23T18:15:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.collectionsmax.com\/index.php\/docs\/collector-professional\/work-by"},"modified":"2019-10-28T18:00:12","modified_gmt":"2019-10-28T22:00:12","slug":"work-by","status":"publish","type":"docs","link":"https:\/\/www.collectionsmax.com\/index.php\/docs\/collector-professional\/work-by","title":{"rendered":"Work By"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.collectionsmax.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/workbybutton.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"194\" height=\"48\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Workby system allows collectors to pull up a group of accounts to work by specified criteria.\u00a0 This is good for managers to direct the collectors to specific things that need attention like focusing their efforts on a particular client&#8230; perhaps? \u00a0 When a collector clicks on this button a popup like the following will be shown.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10517\" src=\"https:\/\/www.collectionsmax.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/workby.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"439\" height=\"711\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.collectionsmax.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/workby.jpg 439w, https:\/\/www.collectionsmax.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/workby-185x300.jpg 185w, https:\/\/www.collectionsmax.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/workby-300x486.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 439px) 100vw, 439px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>To use the Workby system the collector needs to select the radio button next to the selection so that the arrow <img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10518\" src=\"https:\/\/www.collectionsmax.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/arrowworkby.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"50\" height=\"27\" \/> is pointing to it.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Status &#8211;<\/strong><\/span> selecting this will show all the accounts assigned to the collector that have this status.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Balance &#8211;<\/strong><\/span> selecting this will show all the accounts that have a current balance within the between and boxes.\u00a0 You always want the lowest number in the first between box like between $50 and $500.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Client &#8211;<\/strong><\/span> selecting this option will load all the accounts assigned to the collector that are from the selected client.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Client AND Portfolio-<\/strong><\/span> selecting this option will load all the accounts assigned to the collector that are from the selected portfolio.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Credit Score &#8211;<\/strong><\/span> This option will pull accounts that have a credit score range that is defined in the between and boxes.\u00a0 Please note: this option only works if credit score data has been imported into Collections MAX when the accounts were imported.\u00a0 The software has no capability to lookup a credit score on it&#8217;s own.\u00a0 this data usually needs to be paid for from a third party data broker.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>State &#8211;<\/strong><\/span> This option will bring up all accounts that are assigned to the debtor that have a selected state address.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Time Zone &#8211;<\/span><\/strong> This option will bring up all accounts in their selected time zone.\u00a0 There is an included Time Zone List that will show the different states associated with each time zone.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Work Date &#8211;<\/strong><\/span> This option gives the collector the ability to bring up all accounts within a specific work date.\u00a0 A work date can be set in Collections MAX Pro \/ Collector by clicking the work date schedule button and selecting a date.
