height=\"47\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The promises system keeps track of unsecured payments that debtors &#8220;promise to pay&#8221;.\u00a0 This allows collectors to go after debtors who skip on their promises to make payments.<\/p>\n<p>There are two buttons that make up the promises system.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>PLEASE NOTE:\u00a0 In order for the promises system to work autonomously Collections MAX Scheduler must be installed and invoked on the server.\u00a0 Additionally in Utilities \/ Settings \/ Scheduler tab the Mark Broken Promises\u00a0 option needs to be checked off.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The Promises button (displayed above) &#8211;\u00a0 When clicked this shows the collector all of the accounts that are assigned to the collector marked &#8220;Promise To Pay&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>The promise log button.\u00a0 Displayed here.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10161\" for the current account that you are on.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Please note: If you are on an account that is not assigned to you and add a promise that promise will only be available to the collector the account is assigned to.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The add promise popup looks like this&#8230;.I have pre-filled the promise fields.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" underline;\"><strong>Add Multiple &#8211;<\/strong><\/span> Let&#8217;s you add multiple promises for the same debtor at one time.\u00a0 The add multiple promises screen looks like below.\u00a0 I have pre-filled in these promise fields.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10167\" https:\/\/www.collectionsmax.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/multiplepromises-300x379.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 355px) 100vw, 355px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Delete Promise &#8211;<\/strong><\/span> When you select a single promise in the data grid (so it turns blue) and click this button it will allow you to delete the selected promise.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Broken Promises &#8211;<\/strong><\/span> shows a list of all the accounts with a status of Broken Promise that is assigned to the collector.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Work Promises &#8211;<\/strong><\/span> Automatically pulls all the accounts marked &#8220;Promise to Pay&#8221; and loads them into the collector que to work.\u00a0 This also closes the promise log.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>View Today&#8217;s Promises &#8211;<\/strong><\/span> Shows all promises that are due today.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Promises By Date &#8211;<\/strong> <\/span>Shows all promises that are due by the selected date range.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Jump To Account &#8211;<\/strong><\/span> Closes the promise log and loads the selected account for the collector.\u00a0 The collector selects a promise and clicks this button to bring up the account.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Work Broken Promises &#8211;<\/strong><\/span> Loads all Broken Promise status accounts for the collector to work and closes the promise
