Above is the debtor account screen that your client will see when they pull up a debtor account in the client access module.<\/p>\n

This screen has all of the debtor’s account information as well as three separate functions.<\/p>\n

Add Note:<\/span><\/strong> Clicking this link will allow the client to add a note to the account.\u00a0 After entering the note in the box a client just clicks the submit button to add a note.<\/p>\n

The screen looks like below.<\/p>\n

View Letters:\u00a0<\/strong><\/span> If there are any letters on the account the View Letters link will appear where a client can check the dates on when letters were sent out (but not the letter content).<\/p>\n

If no letters are found then No Letters Found will be displayed instead and no clickable link will be presented.\u00a0 The View Letters screen looks like the screen below.<\/p>\n
