Log into Collections MAX Administrator as the root user (other users WILL NOT have permissions for this) and click the Utilities button as shown below.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" box.<\/div>\n<div class=\"p\">Make SURE to select Supervisor as the Password type.<\/div>\n<div class=\"p\">Click the OK button to save.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" SUPERVISOR.\u00a0 Remember a Supervisor password is used inside Collections MAX Professional \/ Collector while an Administrator password is used inside Collections MAX Administrator.<\/div>\n<div
