Email for Manager

Hey I am trying to set up an email for my manager in the software and on the cmax pro side it is saying email is not set up for this user but I just checked the permissions and it is.

In order for your manager to have access to email he must also be a collector and have a collector login and password.  Then on that collector login and password you can create permissions for that user to have email access.  The manager would have to login with that exact collector user name and password.
Collections MAX Pro only pulls the collector permissions for email and is based on the exact user name entered at login.  You will see a black “Please wait…fetching permissions for this user” popup on login like below when the system is reading permissions including email settings.
