Adding information to other fields

I have installed the free version and now I am trying to input data however it will only allow me to insert a file number, name, and address.  How do I add the other information in the other fields.

In Collections MAX the accounts can be put in either manually or by batch using Collections MAX Administrator.
For manual account entry you would log into Collections MAX Admin and go to Import Accounts / Manual Account Entry.
For adding accounts by batch we have a video here.
If you need to change information using Collections MAX Collector / Professional you simply click on the labels to do so.  An in depth video tutorial can be found below as well.
