How do you add a collection fee on to all the accounts in a portfolio?

There are two ways.
When importing accounts in the Import CSV data file screen  / Page 4 tab / Add Fees section you can select the Collection Fees (Attorney Fees is default) and if the amount is a static one like $25 you can add that in the flat rate box and then click the INSERT button.
If the accounts are already loaded you will need to use the Update Utility and essentially do the same thing.
