Created ability to process an approved return file from Billing
Tree / Payment Savvy. You can process approved, declined, or

that have errors using a simple popup menu when the Approved
option is checked.

Password is now required for Generate Reports button in Payment
screen for both Credit Cards and Checks.
Fixed IDAHO spelling in Work By State. It was spelled

only release of Collections MAX Professional that can be currently
activated on our servers. We updated our activation server
software
accross the entire Collections MAX platform base. No other

All icons
and buttons are either disabled or hidden to avoid errors when no
account data is present.
When
cancelling the notate log function a message box will pop up
telling the user that the notes will not be saved.
Fixed bug in
Administrator Authorization dialog. Dialog would pop up when
a user clicks the cancel button.
Fixed bug in
log viewer so now it doesn't allow you to erase all log
entries. There needs to be at least one log entry on each
account to prevent errors.

Inventory Data list that is launched from an icon. This list
shows the collectors and managers the full list of accounts.
Collectors are only allowed to view the accounts in their list but
managers can optionally view accounts from all or any particular
collector.
Created
configurable Time Zone alerts that work off of the state
field. The software will show a generic alert in the data
grid which alerts the collector not to make calls on the
account. This alert does not need confirmation if you scroll
through the accounts.
Extended
Work By with Alaskan and Hawiian Time Zones. Also created
Work By State.

Upgraded all software installers with a custom scripted
one. Software installer will check system for .net
framework 2.0 and automatically download the files from
Microsoft (for both 32 bit and 64 bit systems) and install if it
is not found. Also fixed error code 740 when launching
programs into Windows Vista at completion of installation when
UAC is turned on.

When using the Import Mapping Utility to format a CSV DataFile, if
the software found a Fatal error with the file it would show a
fatal error again if the CSV file was loaded again after being
corrected even if no fatal error existed.

When deleting accounts in the portfolios if the accounts had an
invalid date an error would occur.

In the
Payments screen, the software can now process a return file from
Billing Tree. To do the Select Process / Return File from
top menu.
Return file
must not have any blank columns and columns cannot be renamed.
Letters can
now be sorted by Id, Last Name, State, and Zip Code. To do
this click on Sort / Setup Sorting on the top menu in the Letters
Screen.
Auto File
Number ID button in both Manual Account Entry and Import Mapping
Utility Screens. This will create a filenumber in the number
column that is the same as the next id number in the database.
When
scheduling letters for debtors you can now view an exception
report for all the accounts that had incomplete addresses on them.
Collectors
and Managers, Deleting Clients and Portfolios, and Deleting
accounts in the Export screen will show a popup asking for the
root user to log in and is no longer accessable to users other
than root due to numerous system issues when left open.
You can now
delete all the accounts in a portfolio by logging in as root and
deleting the portfolio. The software will prompt you if you
want to delete all the accounts in the system under the portfolio
selected.
Import CSV
Data File Screen on Page 5 added a Fast and Regular Test
mode. The Fast mode is the default mode when testing
accounts. The Regular mode is slower than the fast mode but
refreshes the screen at the end of each test to eliminate screen
freezes. Also integrated a better error box when loading CSV
files that shows the error encountered by default.

File debugger in Import Mapping Utility. Software can now
mark fields with invalid dates and non numeric fields. It
will show a fatal data error if these are found and the debugger
will show the row #, the destination of the mapped column, and
the CSV column name. You can also export the errors to a
text file to help with error correction.
Manual Import Screen has commercial account capability for data
entry.
