Hello,

I was trying to remove a license from a computer and whenever I run the license delete utility I get an error box with a unhandled exception error. The computer is hooked up to the internet. Any advice?

Thanks!

Can you paste the entire error?

The error said "object reference not set to an instance of an object". Do you need anything specific?

Yes...the WHOLE error.

Are you using the version 3 license utility?

Yes I am using version 3.

See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
    <system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

No. collectionsmaxlicenses.com does not work. It has to be specifically https://www.collectionsmaxlicenses.com or https://collectionsmaxlicenses.com . Without the https it will not connect.

I can only if https is in front otherwise it does not work. I have tried this on another computer and it did not work.

I just tried again and it loads. Did you change something?

Ok....so it can connect to the website.  That is what I need to know.

Does the error happen when you click the start button or does it happen when the utility loads?
