Hey there,

Does anyone have a format for several Dunning notices. I have a few already in use and setup for "Mail Merge" with Collections Max, but am looking for other letters that are effective. If anyone has some please share. I have: First Notice of Debt, Attorney Name Request, 10 Day letter, Notice of Litigation, Balance Letter, New Address Notice of Debt, 72 Hour Bad Check, First Notice of Bad Check. I know there are a few more, I am open to suggestions, thanks for the help all

GC - I am new to Collectionsmax - can you share your Dunning letters with me.  I haven't put any in yet?  I have a few that I have found on line but they seem to be very basic.  I will get them in the mail merge format and share with you as well soon.  Thanks.

jfrenzley- I apologize for getting to you so late. I have not been in the forum in 2 months. Please send me an email at gcharles@envisionfinancialmgmt.com so that I can send you an email in return with the dunning notices that are ready for mail merge. Once again I apologize, I'm usually very punctual and try to keep my word as much as possible. I look forward to hearing from you and hope that your business is prospering.

I have a format for several notices I use and I am interested in expanding my repertoire of notices. We also just had a few notices reviewed by attorneys for FDCPA compliance so I'm pretty sure they're on point. If anyone is interested in trading notices shoot me a message or email.

Thanks,
JS

I am starting a new collections agency and would really appreciate any templates y'all would share.  As I build my library I would be happy to share, but for now I've got nothing to share.

Thanks all!
