Anyone doing batch phone number appends in CM? Is there any way to append phone numbers in CM besides writng update queries in mysql? I see that there is a tool for appending addresses by going to "NCOA processing", anything for phone numbers that I'm missing?

When the software was originally designed we had a process of scrubbing the file BEFORE it was imported into the system.  We are working on tools for batch importing numbers and such but it won't be available for a while.
