Collections MAX Professional
Update Released!
The Decca Software Company has just released an updated version of Collections MAX Professional v 2.2.2. This FREE update is available to download and install. Some of the features in this new update include:
• When you search using the All field the software will now search all custom fields, Co Debtor 2 fields, and Joint Account fields.
• Updated some buttons to the new style.
• Installed Deep Web Search. Software can search internet skip tracing sites with a single click (in the Browser tab on the main screen).
• Software will give the option to auto notate all duplicate accounts and set the last worked field to the same date.
• Software will give option to change status on all linked accounts with a supervisor password.
• Tie and un-tie duplicate accounts options on the Dupes screen.
• Added payment plan report in payments screen.
• Added programmable alert that will pop up when a collector brings up the account.
• Auto notates the log if a collector that is not assigned to the account accesses the account.
• Auto notates log if payments are created, modified, or deleted.
• Software can auto generate payment plans of any size by using the Add Multiple payments button in the checks and credit card payment screen.
• Embedded Windows Vista and Windows 7 aware manifests to prompt for Administrator rights if the User Access Control (UAC) is active.
• Embedded new XP styles.
• Added 64 bit support.
The freeware collector version also has all of these great features! The freeware community should update to the latest version right away by downloading the collectionsmax.zip file from the home page.
