Questions in Troubleshooting
- I installed Microsoft Office 2010 on my computer and Collections MAX Administrator cannot communicate with it. How do I fix it?
(12 views) - When I import accounts using a CSV data file built with the import utility, I get a invalid System Date and Time error. I used the excell macro to check for invalid dates. This Macro highlighted no dates! I am not sure what is causing this problem. I have rebuilt files many times to no avail.
(143 views) - when I do mail merge ... if the balance ends in -0- Zero ... I have 1 of 2 things happen ... if cel format for column is currency on data base... it cuts off a last -0- zero in a bal ... as 4959.10 becomes 4959.1 ... or if I use cel column format as accounting (2 place decimal) I get mult -0- zeros on the end .. example - from actual letter - balance goes from 4959.10 on data source to 4959.100000000004 ... how can I resolve this ????... I have worked on this for several days, I need to get my letters going... thanks DaveL - KD ASSETS
(125 views) - I tried doing the mail merge for letters, and it came up that Microsoft Word was already running and needs to be closed. Problem was that Microsoft Word was not running, I checked with task manager, and also looked at Applications, Processes and Services for WINWORD.EXE and was not found. I tried resetting the computer and made the same check again, but Collections Max comes up with the same error. I need help urgently here.
