When I import accounts using a CSV data file built with the import utility, I get a invalid System Date and Time error. I used the excell macro to check for invalid dates. This Macro highlighted no dates! I am not sure what is causing this problem. I have rebuilt files many times to no avail.

You either need to do one of 2 things.

 

1. Check to make sure that you have the latest version of Collections MAX Administrator installed on your machine.  You can go to

http://www.collectionsmax.com/updatelog.html   to get the latest version number.

 

2.  Check to make sure that the dates in your regional settings are set to mm/dd/yyyy  (example: 12/28/2009)

 

3.  When you export the file using the Import Mapping Utility DO NOT open it in Excel.  Microsoft Excel will change the date formatting and cause this error.
