I tried doing the mail merge for letters, and it came up that Microsoft Word was already running and needs to be closed. Problem was that Microsoft Word was not running, I checked with task manager, and also looked at Applications, Processes and Services for WINWORD.EXE and was not found. I tried resetting the computer and made the same check again, but Collections Max comes up with the same error. I need help urgently here. Regards, Brett Grentell (Hazda Solutions)

It looks like your Microsoft Office software is not able to use COM correctly to communicate with Collections MAX.  I would either call Microsoft for support (as there are many reasons why COM is not working) or move the installation to another computer.
