How do I Mass clear the log data from a portfolio?

Collections MAX doesn't currently have a tool to clear the log data because of the way the log data is linked.  If you need to clear the log data your best bet for now is to export out the portfolio to an excel spreadsheet, delete the portfolio and then reimport.  The system will then treat them as new accounts.

 

Just don't export out or delete any payers in the system so you can keep running payments.
