You can load websites into Collections MAX so that collectors can easily access them in the Collector module.  To do this click on the Utilities button in the main control panel then click on the Websites button.

You can add websites by clicking the Add button.  When you do this you will see a popup like the one below.

Fill out the popup with a website that you want your collectors to go to.  It can be anything like an online search tool, credit reports, or any other helpful URL.

Url - The internet address.  It must begin with http://
Description - Short description of the website
Test Url - Opens up your default browser to the address in the Url field to make sure you entered it correctly.

Collectors can access the websites by clicking the sites button in Collections MAX Collector.
