Routing Number Database

Collections MAX has the ability to extract a free routing number database from the internet and use it when Collectors need to verify routing numbers when collecting payments.  The database contains over 9000 routing numbers and banking information.

You should update the database at least once a month, or if you are using Collections MAX for the first time.  To do this click the Utilities button at the main control panel and then click the Routing Number Database button.

First, make sure that you are connected to the internet and click the Download Routing Number Database button.  Wait until the bar graph completes the download.

Next, click the Update Routing Number Database button.  This will update the routing number database with the newly downloaded information.  This can take up to 10 minutes to process depending on the speed of your system.
