Export Accounts

You can export accounts that are in Collections MAX.  Currently, the way that we do this is to export accounts directly where you can convert the data to the format desired.
The export screen also has two important features in Collections MAX.  One is the ability to batch process accounts by labeling them with the same status.  The other is having the ability to print out a recall report - a report to show which accounts were exported so you can send to a client.
In the main control panel click on the export button

Functions: 

Select Portfolio -  Clicking this button will select the desired portfolio.

Do not clear data grid on add - If you check this box then subsequent portfolios or status will be added to the next instead of being cleared.  This way you can select multiple portfolios or status for export.
Export - Clicking this button will bring up a popup box.  Check the box labeled Collections MAX import if you want to save the file as being compatible with import into another Collections MAX system or uncheck it to export the file in a long style format.  Click OK to export accounts.

Reports - This button will show you a report of all the accounts that are selected to be exported. 

Exclude - Clicking this button will exclude or remove an account from the grid.  Accounts that are removed will not be processed.

Status Select - You can select a status by clicking this button.  A popup box will appear with Administration status's for you to choose from.  Select the status and click OK.  You can then change the status of your accounts using the Change Single or Change ALL buttons.


Change Single - This button will change the selected account in the export data grid to the selected status.

Change All - This button will change ALL of the accounts in the export data grid to the selected status.
