Make sure that MYSQL is setup and working before installing any Collections MAX software.


Collections MAX Collector is a Windows based software application for debt collector to view and work collection accounts.




Make sure that you have the .net framework 1.1 and 2.0 installed.
If you don't have them installed you can find them at the below links

IMPORTANT-----MAKE SURE THAT YOU OPEN PORT 3306 ON YOUR FIREWALL . 
Collections MAX uses port 3306 to communicate with the MySQL server.


To Install the Collector double click the Collections MAX Collector setup wizard and follow the on screen prompts.
