Make sure that MYSQL is setup and working before installing any Collections MAX software.




Collections MAX Administrator is a Windows based software application that administers the Collections MAX debt collection system.




IMPORTANT

Collections MAX Administrator requires you to have Microsoft Office 2003 or 2007 on the same machine.

OTHER VERSIONS OF MICROSOFT OFFICE WILL NOT WORK AND ARE NOT SUPPORTED!


Make sure that you have the .net framework 1.1 and 2.0 installed.

To Install the Administrator double click the Collections MAX Administrator setup wizard and follow the on screen prompts.
