Adding Users

Please note that the Collections MAX Database Installation Wizard will install your initial users if you did an auto install. If you want to install additional users then you will need to follow the steps outlined below.

DO NOT RUN the Database Installation Wizard a second time because it will format your database!

You will need to log into Collections MAX Administrator using the root user name and password. If you do not log into the software using the root user name and password the user will be added to the Collections MAX system but the user will be unable to log in.

First log into Collections MAX Administrator using the root user name and password.

Click the Collectors and Managers Button.

Click the ADD button inside the Collectors box. The first yellow User name - Assignedto box is the user name for the collector. Fill out the rest of the required information including a password.

Note: If you get a warning on this screen that you are not logged in as root you should log out and re-login as root.

Select the manager for this collector and click OK.

Your Collector has successfully been created!
