How to connect to our Demo Server
Here are the instructions on how to access our demo server online through your web browser so you can evaluate Collections MAX for your business needs. We have set up a virtual environment and have installed the software as well as the MySQL database. You will be able to access most of the features in the system except the ones that require super user privelges (root access) and a few features that require Microsoft Office like exporting accounts.
On the cloud share account where we have the demo server, outgoing network access is blocked by default so the automated skiptracing tools in the browser section of Collections MAX Collector will not function. You can remove the block to demo these tools by registering a mobile phone number and following the instructions when prompted.
This self guided demo will expire after 48 hours of total use. You can always sign up again under a different email address if you want another demo.
1. Click on the below link to visit the cloud share website.

2. Sign up for an account and log into cloud share.
3. Verify your email address by clicking on the link in your email. If you did not receive the email please check your spam or junk folder.
You can also enter the code in the below screen and click the Verify button.
4. On the cloud share website, after you have confirmed your email address click on the View Environment button at the bottom of the page. The system will now start compiling the virtual environment. Please note that it can take 5-10 minutes to compile your virtual machine to access the Collections MAX demo.

After
your
environment
has
compiled
you
will
see
the
progress
bar
at
the
top of the screen show Created "Collections MAX Demo Server"
Click the View Machine button at the bottom of the page to launch your
self guided demo.

The
screen
below
is
where
you
will
be
conducting
the demo. You will
be prompted to install a browser extension to view the demo. The
extension may ask to restart your browser. If it does, click the
button to restart your browser and you will be shown the below screen
again when your browser restarts.
After the extension is installed set the Resolution to 1024 X 768 by clicking on the Resolution box at the top of the page and then click the Fullscreen link so the entire screen fills your monitor.
6. On the desktop there are two icons in the midle of the screen. On the left is Collections MAX Collector (the debt collector module) and on the right is Collections MAX Administrator (the control panel). To run the software double click on one of the icons.
Please note that the free version of Collections MAX Collector is installed on this demo server and has session limitations (it will log the collector out every 10 minutes, 200 accounts per collector, 5 total collectors) The upgraded version (Collections MAX Professional) will remove all limitations of the free Collector version.
